Any gambling organisation qualifies as an offence with the risk of fines, confiscation of equipment and criminal liability.

In everyday life, only social entertainment is preserved - backgammon, dominoes, cards, chess - strictly without bets and winnings.

For business, this means the absence of a product line of "games for money" and a focus on non-standard leisure formats.
