The state focus is a transparent tax model, the fight against online gray and blocking unlicensed sites.

Competition with regional players will push local brands to improve UX, localize in Portuguese and quickly withdraw funds.

The winners will be operators who invest in data, responsible marketing and sports partnerships, transforming the industry into a sustainable part of the economic diversification program.
