Games and slots
Libyan law leaves no room for legal gambling: there are no licenses for slots, roulette, blackjack, poker or electronic tables; slot machines and "arcades" with cash winnings are prohibited.
Any underground formats are associated with the risk of confiscation of equipment, fines and criminal liability for organizers.
In everyday life, only non-ordinary entertainment is common - backgammon (tawla), dominoes, chess - strictly without bets.
For business, the conclusion is unambiguous: there can be no product line of "games for money" in Libya.
