Permits are issued at the level of government and relevant ministries, and operation is related to tax and technical requirements.

The supervision covers measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing: operators are required to identify customers, keep records and report suspicious transactions.

There is no separate full-fledged regime for purely online casinos yet: digital products usually work in conjunction with a ground license and fall under the general control and rules of AML/CFT.
