Games and slots
There are no licensed slot machines, roulette, blackjack and poker on Comoros: public gambling is prohibited, there is no regulator or licensing regime.
Any attempts to install slots or organize casino tables in hotels/halls are considered illegal.
Technical access to offshore "gaming" sites does not make them legal: operators are obliged to geoblock traffic with the KM code, cut off payments by BIN/IP/phone, and in T&C - directly prohibit resident service.
For residents and tourists, the "gaming niche" is replaced by non-standard formats: video games, billiards, board games, as well as traditional leisure activities of the region (for example, the mankala type "mbao").
Conclusion: there are no legal slots and gambling; any changes are possible only with the adoption of the basic law on licensing and standards for responsible play.
