Land-based casinos

There are no legal land-based casinos in Sudan: commercial gambling is prohibited by Sharia law and the current legal regime.

Licenses are not issued, the opening or organization of gambling halls entails sanctions (fines, confiscations, criminal liability).

Hotel and entertainment complexes do not offer casino services; instead, permitted leisure formats are developing - restaurants, cultural programs, music events without money excitement.

Any "shadow" activity is associated with high legal risk for all participants.
