The state does not issue licenses, providers and banks restrict transactions related to gambling activities, and sites and applications are subject to blocking.

Promotion and advertising of online gambling is also prohibited.

Participation in "gray" schemes (including access via VPN/proxy) carries high legal risks for players and operators; there are no legal alternatives for online betting and casinos in the country.
