The future of the industry

Until 2030, Uganda is likely to maintain a "regulated growth" model: NLGRB will strengthen central monitoring, KYC/AML and advertising control, and the market will shift online due to Mobile Money and cheap mobile Internet.

We expect the development of light digital products (instant games, live casinos, crash mechanics), neat pilots of fantasy sports and e-sports, as well as more integrations with local wallets and responsible tools (self-exclusion, limits, reality check).

Risks - possible increase in tax burden, blocking unlicensed sites and pressure on margins; capabilities - RTP/RNG standardization, transparent bonus policies, local content and player protection programs.

The baseline scenario is moderate GGR growth due to the mobile segment and increased confidence in licensed operators.
