The organization and participation in games, the maintenance of "playhouses," the distribution of equipment, promotion and mediation are prohibited - both offline and online.

Police regularly conduct raids, confiscate cash and devices, and violations are subject to fines and imprisonment; additional sharia sanctions are possible for Muslims.

Foreign online platforms are blocked, payment channels are suppressed, advertising and affiliate marketing are prohibited.

Bottom line: a zero tolerance regime focused on harm prevention and strong enforcement.
