Online casinos are banned in Kazakhstan.

The law allows remote products only in the segment of bookmakers and sweepstakes under license: customer identification (KYC), financial monitoring (AML/CTF), age restrictions (18 + for bets) and transaction accounting are required.

Illegal sites and mirrors are blocked in conjunction with communications and financial sector regulators; payments in their favor are suppressed.

Advertising and affiliate marketing are severely limited, for violations - fines, suspension of activities and revocation of the license.

Casino content (slots, roulette, live games) online for private operators is not allowed.
