Land-based casinos

In Kyrgyzstan, casinos are again allowed only for foreign citizens and operate under state license with increased security standards.

Entry - from 21 + according to a foreign passport; citizens and residents of the country are prohibited from playing.

Sites are located in permitted locations (city hotels, tourist and resort areas), are required to comply with the requirements for capital, layout, equipment certification, video surveillance, cash discipline and AML/KYC.

VIP areas, tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker), ETGs and slot rooms are provided; marketing is limited, violation of the regime threatens with fines and revocation of the license.

The model focuses on tourism and export of services while minimizing internal social risks.
