Cultural play is limited - excitement is perceived as a violation of religious norms, and only sports and family forms of leisure are officially encouraged.

As a result, the market for games and slots is completely absent, forming neither statistics nor a taxable base, and interest in gambling entertainment goes into the illegal and offshore online segment.
