Sports betting in the Philippines is legal in the PAGCOR licensed perimeter.

Betting products are available in integrated resorts and partner halls, as well as online for residents through permitted platforms (with mandatory eKYC/AML, deposit/expense limits and self-exclusion tools).

The age tolerance is 21 +.

Popular markets are basketball (PBA, NBA), boxing, fighting sports, e-sports and football; permitted lines, margins and calculations are standardized by the rules of the regulator.

Advertising and affiliate marketing are limited, offshore sites are blocked.

Online e-sabong is prohibited; offline sabong is only possible under local permits and strict conditions.

Supervision of the integrity of sports is complemented by specialized bodies (for example, for professional leagues), and the payment infrastructure is shifted towards cashless/e-wallets with geo and behavioral monitoring.
