Gambling in Singapore is strictly regulated and allowed only within narrowly defined legal norms.

The primary oversight body is the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA), which operates under the supervision of the Department of the Interior (MHA).

Laws such as Casino Control Act (2006) and Remote Gambling Act (2014) set strict conditions for operators and impose serious sanctions for unlicensed activity.

Online gambling is allowed only in a limited form for state operators, and foreign platforms are blocked.
