Possible hidden leaks are unaccounted transfers abroad to offshore operators, which are suppressed by payment and telecom supervision.

If the rules change in the future, the basic set of metrics for monitoring will include GGR/NGR, the share of non-cash payments, ARPPU/MAU, payout ratio, advertising load level and responsible play indicators (self-exclusion, limits).
