The share of certified online games (video slots, instant/crash, live) is expected to grow with strict limits, self-exclusion and age control.

The regulatory focus is GGR-based tax transparency, advertising and affiliate program standards, and anti-fraud and behavioral analytics algorithms to reduce risk.

International cooperation on AML and data sharing will help contain illegal sites.

The main risks are the pressure of the shadow market, the protection of minors and the balance between the development of fintech and consumer guarantees.
