In Belarus, gambling is legal in the format of licensing: land casinos, bookmakers, EGM halls, online casinos and online bets are allowed.

Supervision is carried out by specialized government agencies; key requirements - age 21 +, mandatory identification, KYC/AML procedures, certified equipment and connection to the state system of online monitoring of settlements and gaming activity.

There is a register of self-restraint/self-exclusion, technical and payment restrictions for unlicensed sites, and advertising is allowed only in a restrained format with legal warnings and a ban on targeting minors.

The model is focused on high sewerage in the legal segment, transparency and consumer protection both offline and online.
