Laws and regulation

In BiH, regulation is divided by jurisdiction.

The BiH Federation has the Law on Games for Happiness (2015) under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Cut Council; by-laws and registers are published on their websites. In the Republika Srpska, the industry regulates the Law on Games for Happiness (2019), and the supervision is carried out by the Republican Government for playing the sreћu under the Ministry of Finance of the RS. The Brchko District has its own law (2022) and administration through local financial authorities. Online games are allowed in all three jurisdictions based on local licenses (often with offline operations/presence), which is confirmed by industry reviews.
