Economics and statistics
Liechtenstein's gaming industry is concentrated in several land-based casinos: the main revenue comes from tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) and a modern fleet of slots, supplemented by F&B and event services.
Demand is generated by guests from neighboring countries, which gives incomes moderate seasonality and limited volatility.
Fiscal base - taxes on gambling activities, corporate fees and related payments; the "grey" segment is low thanks to strict supervision and Sperre's self-exclusion system.
A significant part of the costs is compliance and security (KYC/AML, reporting, technical control), which reduces margins, but provides a high level of trust and predictable budget revenues with a small absolute market scale.
