Online games in Serbia are permitted and regulated by the Law on Games of Happiness; supervision and approval is carried out by the Office of Games for Happiness under the Ministry of Finance. The right to conduct "special games" (including online casinos and online bets) is obtained by locally registered organizers when fulfilling licensing requirements. The regulator's website publishes a list of operators who have permission to organize games "through electronic communications" (their official domains are also indicated there - for example, bet365. rs, meridianbet. rs, mozartbet. com, superbet. rs, etc.). In 2024-2025 the rules have been updated: the role of the Administration as a licensing authority has been confirmed and the requirements for KYC/AML and operator responsibility have been strengthened.
