The Slovenian market shows moderate but stable growth: according to industry estimates, the total revenue (GGR/market revenue) in 2025 is close to the ~ of $498 million, with a predominance of offline casinos and halls, as well as a strong lottery segment.

The revenue structure is balanced: casino/casino games - approximately ~ $227-228 million, lotteries and bingo - ~ $183 million, sports bets - ~ $88 million (estimates for 2025).

The Ministry of Finance conducts supervision of the sector and administration of permits through the Financial Administration (FURS) and the relevant office for the supervision of games of happiness, which supports the collection of reports and control over compliance with the rules.

The market is highly concentrated: a significant share of offline revenue is formed by HIT Group facilities (Perla, Park, etc.) and the Admiral network; according to HIT itself, the company regularly publishes annual reports confirming the income profile of tourist-oriented casino resorts.
