The future of the industry

The coming years for Ukraine are a "digital good construction" of the legal market: deepening state online monitoring, BankID verification and behavioral risk markers, unified registers of self-exclusion and personal limits.

The regulatory focus is de-serialization: blocking illegal immigrants, payment filters, affiliate control and transparent bonus rules.

We expect rapprochement with EU practices (GDPR/AML, RG standards), the development of cashless and open-banking payments, as well as point optimization of the tax burden to increase sewerage in the licensed segment.

Offline will grow neatly in a hotel format as tourism and MICE recover, online - through mobile UX, live/casino shows and stricter rules for "high-risk" mechanics.

Key priorities: player protection, cybersecurity, ESG agenda and stable fiscal revenues while minimizing social risks.
