There is no legal regime for online casinos in Lebanon: the Casino du Liban concession does not apply to iGaming, and the state lottery operates in its narrow mandate without casino products.

Offshore operator sites are treated as illegal; access to them and payments in their favor may be suppressed, advertising and affiliate promotion are prohibited.

For players, this means no legal protection and risk of loss of funds.

The current vector is the preservation of an offline monopoly and strict compliance with respect to "gray" online.
