Regulatory safe niches are possible: skill contests, quizzes and promotional mechanics without a fee/chance, as well as family tourism in giga projects.

For business, the working strategy is entertainment products and sponsorships outside of betting, compliance design and readiness for rare "windows" for strictly non-standard formats (for example, educational and sports tech initiatives).
