The National Lottery boosts online sales (mobile wallets, e-instant), cross-Caribbean jackpots and event partnerships (Spicemas, regattas).

A "narrow corridor" for online betting is possible: limited licenses with hard KYC/AML, deposit limits and self-exclusion - to return some of the offshore traffic without opening ground halls.

The trigger for the offline segment is the appearance of a resort of 300 + rooms (or a softening of the threshold), which will launch 1-2 integrated sites for tourist traffic and cruises.

Risks: small market, seasonality of tourism, compliance costs and climate threats; opportunities: fintech integrations, safe advertising around cricket/football, responsible play tools and "touristy" promotional products with a local flavor.
