2) Montego Bay: Where the first full-fledged casinos will appear

Princess Grand Jamaica (Hanover, between Negril and MoBe) - confirmed by government sources: casinos are planned to open in mid - late 2025. This will be the country's first full-length facility.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Montego Bay (Rose Hall) - the second major IRD project; according to press reports in 2025, it "became closer" to implementation and involves a full-size casino and 1000 + numbers (after Princess).

3) Kingston: Where to go 'right now'

There are no full-length casinos in the capital; there is a network of licensed gaming lounges/slot halls for BGLC. One of the most famous is Acropolis Gaming Lounge (Supreme Ventures ecosystem) with legal play in slots and electronic games.

4) Montego Bay "right now": Legal alternatives before IRD casino opens

Prior to the launch of Princess/Hard Rock, licensed gaming lounge sites are available. Popular includes Treasure Hunt Gaming (Witter Village). Remember: this is not a "casino" in the sense of the 2010 law, but a slot machine/electronic game hall for BGLC.
