A number of provinces (Córdoba, Mendoza, Santa Fe, Entre Ríos/IAFAS, etc.) also have online licensing regimes in place. As a result, the market is a "mosaic" of provincial rules: to enter the "white" segment, the operator needs a license in each target jurisdiction, compliance with local payment/advertising standards and a responsible game.
