Regulatory News 2025

SCJ in 2025 relaunched/adjusted the competition for a permit for Puerto Varas casinos: in July - a change in the competition bases, and in October - a suspension of the postulation process for 90 days (background case - a dispute over the former concession of Enjoy Puerto Varas S.A., where earlier the Supreme Court upheld the SCJ line to revoke the license). For the guest, this does not mean closure: the current operation/infrastructure under the control of Dreams continues to work on site, but the owner's "frame" of the license is being updated.
