The Ministry of Finance separately explains: future operator platforms will pay contributions (including 2% of gross income for sports), and Xperto - an increased rate of deductions. Until the law comes into force, private online bookmakers remain outside the legal field.
Conclusion: until the law has entered into force, you can legally put online only in Xperto (sports) and Teletrak (ippika); other sites with .cl/.com without explicit public permission are illegal in Chile and must be blocked.
