How the loyalty tier system works

The loyalty system is a retention frame: you play, score points (LPs), climb levels (tiers) and get preferences. For casinos, this is a predictable live op, for the player - a transparent "road map" of bonuses and service. In order to make the most of it (and not go too far with risk), it is important to understand the mechanics of the levels, formulas and rules of the season.

1) What "loyalty" consists of

Entry points

Progress points (LP, Loyalty Points) - scored for bets/missions/tournaments.

Status Points (SP) - often a separate account for upgrading a level (not spent on a store).

Season calendar - month/quarter/year; Save/Reset/Demote when finished.

Levels (tiers)

Basic: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond/VIP.

Everyone has an SP threshold, perks, sometimes a point multiplier.

Awards

Cashback (often higher in the upper levels).

Freespins/Bonus Cache (weekly/per upgrade).

Personal limits and expedited verification.

Exclusive tournaments and missions, support priority, gifts by date.

LP Store (Points for Prizes/FS/Bonus Cache).

2) How points are awarded and status

Basic idea: points depend on turnover and sometimes on RTP/game risk.

Typical formulas

1. Fixed for turnover:
  • 'LP = Turnover/K ', where K is the course (for example, turnover 100₴ = 1 LP).
2. Differentiated course:
  • Slots 100% → 'LP = Turnover/100'; Tables 10% → 'LP = Turnover/1000'.
3. Level multiplier:
  • `LP_final = LP_base × Mult(Tier)` (напр., Gold ×1. 2, Platinum ×1. 5).

Status Glasses (SP)

Often considered separately and only for upgrade:
  • 'SP = Turnover × Rate_SP (by game) '
  • SPs are not spent, unlike LPs for the store.

Example

Course: slots - 1 LP per 100₴; tables - 1 LP per 1000₴.

The player scrolled 20 000₴ in slots and 5 000₴ on tables:
  • LP = 200 + 5 = 205 LP; with Gold (× 1. 2) → 246 LP.

3) Upgrade, conservation and degradation

Level upgrade

A season SP threshold is required (e.g. 10,000 SP for Gold).

Reaching the threshold → an upgrade instantly or at the end of the calculation day.

Saving status

Conditions for next season:
  • 'SP _ season ≥ Threshold_keep' or minimum activity (N days/turnover X).
  • Grace-period often acts: 1-2 weeks for "good."

Degradation

If the threshold is not met → fall by 1 level (sometimes to the base level).

VIPs usually have personal terms and manual review.

4) Rewards and perks: what's really valuable

Cashback: Percentage on Net Loss (more honest) or Turnover (usually lower). At the upper levels - above and more often "cashable."

Weekly/Monthly Packages: FS/Bonus Cache with no deposit while maintaining level.

Accelerated payments, increased limits, personal manager (VIP).

Tournament boosts: point/place multipliers, exclusive grids.

LP Shop: Exchange points for values (see course, mouthguards, WR).

5) Risk management: how not to chase status to the detriment of yourself

Time and deposit limits - bet in advance (responsible play).

Do not "finish" the level on the last day at any cost: the cost of status can exceed the value of perks.

At the LP store, check the reverse exchange rate: sometimes it is more profitable to take cashback/FS than "expensive" prizes.

6) Level Value Math (EV box)

Let's estimate the annual value of Tier EV level:

Tier_EV ≈ (Cashback _ Effective) + (Rewards _ Regular) + (Tournament _ Bonuses)
+ (Value of service: accelerated payments/limits)
− (Maintenance Price)
Ubi:
  • Cashback _ Effective = (Net Loss ×% cashback) − WR price (if bonus).
  • Rewards _ regular: expected value of FS/bonus cache after WR and caps.
  • The price of maintaining is a turnover that you would not do without the goal of the × "edge" level of the game ('edge = 1 − RTP').

Example sketch

Gold: 10% cashback on Net Loss, 100 FS monthly (WR x10 to win).

Your average Net Loss/month = 2 000₴ → cashback 200₴.

100 FS by 2₴, r≈0. 96 → expected ~192₴ gain; WR x10 → "WR price" ~ (192 × 10 × 0. 04)= 76. 8₴; value of FS ≈ 115. 2₴.

Total ~315₴/mes excluding tournaments and service. If for the sake of preserving Gold you "roll" an extra 5 000₴ in slots (edge 4%), then price = 200₴ - eats up part of the profit. Solution: do not finish the level at any cost.

7) Seasonality: sprint, marathon and "cold" periods

Sprint seasons (month): dynamic restarts, frequent ups/downs, relevant for social traffic.

Quarterly/annual: stability, preservation mechanics and "vacation" (freezing status on vacation) are important.

Cold periods: it is reasonable to reduce activity and not set a level goal if perks do not pay off the "price" of turnover.

8) What to watch in conditions (important!)

How LPs/SPs are considered by game type (contribution table).

Level multipliers (do they give an accelerated set of points).

Season and degradation (when reset/downgrade, is there a grace-period).

Cashback: Net Loss vs Turnover, cap, type (cashable/bonus), WR/max bet/excluded games.

FS/bonus cache: what slot/bet, WR and timing.

LP-store: exchange rate, caps, regions, shelf life LP.

VIP rules: personal, by invitation? How changes are recorded.

9) Player checklist (save)

  • Understand the LP/SP course and game contribution (100% slots? tables 10%?).
  • Know the level thresholds and conservation/degradation rules.
  • Considered the value of perks (cashback/FS) after WR/kapa.
  • Set time/deposit limits; do not "finish" the level at any cost.
  • LPs won't burn? Checked shelf life and store.
  • KYC and payment methods ready; VIP terms are clear.

10) Operator checklist (healthy loyalist)

  • Transparent LP/SP rates, contribution tables, level multipliers.
  • Clear season rules: conservation/degradation, grace-period, freezing.
  • Cashback: by Net Loss, cap and type (cashable/bonus) are visible; with bonus - soft WR (x1-x5).
  • Level rewards: FS/bonus cache with clear slots/rates/deadlines, no traps.
  • LP store with adequate course; show EV rewards in the interface.
  • Progress bar, season timers, LP/SP history, awards log.
  • VIP policy: entry criteria, payout SLAs, personal limits, transparent changes.

11) Myths vs facts

Myth: "The higher the level, the more profitable it is always."

Fact: A high level may require a turnover that is more expensive than the perks received.

Myth: "LP = money 1:1."

Fact: LP - local currency; course and store constraints determine real value.

Myth: "Cashback is always without conditions."

Fact: Often cashback bonus with WR/Max Bet/exceptions - read the terms and conditions.

Myth: "Tables pump status faster."

Fact: The contribution of tables/Live is usually lower (10% or less), progress is slower.

12) Mini glossary

LP (Loyalty Points) - points for the store/award.

SP (Status Points) - points for level upgrade (not spent).

Tier (level) - loyalty status with perks.

Contribution - the contribution of the game to the accrual of points (in%).

Grace-period - grace period for maintaining status.

Net Loss/Turnover - Net loss/betting turnover.

The system of loyalty levels works when the rules are transparent, and you evaluate the real value of perks and the price of maintaining status. Understand the LP/SP course and the contribution of games, count cashback and rewards after WR/kapa, use limits and do not chase the level at any cost. So loyalty becomes a pleasant bonus to the usual game, and not a reason for unnecessary risk.
