Risks and pitfalls
Advertising and influencers. Kazakhstan and Armenia tighten promo rules and responsibility for promoting illegal immigrants; check the and placements. AM domains.
Fiscal volatility. In Armenia - a noticeable increase in costs; in new markets (Uzbekistan) it is possible to adjust rates/fees in 2025-2026.
Application practices. In Kyrgyzstan, there is formally an online frame, but the operating "firmware" is still being formed - set the time for approval/certification.
In 2025, the TOP-5 of CIS jurisdictions with legal online gambling look like this: Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan.
If online casinos are important to you out of the box, look towards Belarus, Armenia and Uzbekistan.
