11) FAQ
Can I only receive reminders for "my" tournaments?
Yes - turn on My Tournaments and turn off general announcements.
If I block Telegram, will the reminder arrive?
Systemic - no; therefore, duplicate the calendar.
Where to turn off all tournament notifications?
The bot menu → Settings → Notifications → remove "Tournaments/Missions" (or put "Only quiet").
Why are there no amounts/details in messages?
For privacy. Details are safely opened in WebApp using the button.
Can I customize by provider/genre?
Yes, in the tournament filters, mark the areas of interest - the fluffs will become more accurate.
The correct setting is a combination of phone system permissions + flexible parameters in the bot/WebApp: the right types of signals, quiet hours, frequency limits and interest filters. Add calendar reminders as a reserve - and you will not miss the start, get the status on time and calmly collect the reward, while maintaining privacy and observing the rules of responsible play.
