Set of triggers: when it's definitely time to quit the game
Proper "stop" is the player's most lucrative skill. It saves the bankroll, nerves and reputation of the account. Below is a system set of triggers and understandable actions: I noticed → stopped → fixed → recovered. Save the card at the end of the article - you should have it before your eyes in each session.
1) Trigger categories (what exactly to track)
1. Emotions and body: anger, anxiety, irritation; rapid pulse, sweaty palms, rush of clicks.
2. Thoughts and impulses: "you need to recoup right now," "raise the bet once," "finish it off to a round sum."
3. Money and rules: max bet exceeded, SL/SW violated, impulse deposit, desire to borrow money.
4. Context and time: Late night, fatigue/alcohol, bonus deadline crushes, affairs/family distract.
5. Operational risks: network/address confusion during crypto withdrawal, cancellation of test output "later," request for "strange" documents.
6. Technical and security: warning about certificate/domain, lags/overheating, entry from public Wi-Fi, please give remote access.
2) Three alarm levels (no negotiation rules)
Yellow (pause)
Any 1 of the following: annoyance, accelerated clicks, two minor errors in a row, forgot SL/SW parameters, hand reaches for side-beta.
Action: pause 5-10 min (get up, water, air, plan check). Return - One Test Round by Base Bid.
Orange (short stop protocol)
2 triggers from different categories or one serious one: the thought of "recouping," the desire to raise the rate once, fatigue/night, the deadline of the bonus drives.
Action: close lobby + 15 min protocol (below). Repeat pulse → break for 24 hours.
Red (immediate exit)
Any of the following: SL or SW reached, max bet violated, the idea of borrowing/taking a loan, technical/security alerts (HTTPS/domain/VPN bypass geo), network/address confusion, support request for password/2FA/remote access.
Action: End of session now. Turn on the timeout for 24-72 hours, record the entry in the log, verify the security of the account.
3) Clear "time to get out" triggers (fridge list)
Emotional and behavioural
"Return at any cost "/" another spin - and sleep."- Desire to raise the rate "once."
Two or more bodily markers of stress (pulse, sweat, compressed jaw).
Financial and rules
SL (stop loss) or SW (stop wine) reached.
Exceeded max bet (especially when bonus).
Impulse deposit, thought of loan/credit, cancellation of test withdrawal.
Context
Late night/lack of sleep, alcohol/strong emotions, vager deadline.
You're distracted by work/family; no 45-60 minutes of quiet window.
Operations/Security
Network/address error during crypto withdrawal (doubts ≡ stop).
Browser/application swears at certificate/domain; public Wi-Fi.
Support asks for a password/ 2FA/AnyDesk codes - this is 100% exit.
4) If-then scenarios (write it down and keep it visible)
If there was an idea to "recoup" - then time out 24 hours and close the lobby.
If the hand reaches to raise the rate, then the end of the session and − 20% to the base rate tomorrow.
If SL or SW is reached, then immediately an exit and a 15-minute pause, we fix part of the profit.
If there are two markers of stress, then a pause of 5-10 minutes: breathe, water, ventilate.
If there is a doubt about the domain/certificate/network, then instantly close the tab, without logins and payments.
5) 15-minute stop protocol (orange level)
1. Close the lobby and all tabs/application.
2. Physiology (90 sec): 10 deep breaths, cold water, change posture/room.
3. Reality marker: Call out loud BK, bet, SL, SW. Ready to follow them? If not, a 24-hour timeout.
4. Record (2 min): what became the trigger, what rule almost violated, conclusion for tomorrow.
5. The solution: either a short "Sprint" tomorrow, or off-day. No "calls back" today.
6) 24-72 hour cooling (when on)
Any of the basic limits/rules have been violated.
Two orange events in a day or one red.
Repeated thought to "recoup" within 24 hours.
What to do: turn on the timeout in the office, remove saved cards/autocomplete, turn on the "output lock" (prohibition of cancellation of payout), notify the "responsibility partner" (the person to whom you fix deadlines).
7) Mini decision tree (always at hand)
SL/SW or max bet? → Output. Timeout 24-72 h.
Thought "recoup"? → Exit. Timeout 24 h.
Stress signal 2? → Pause 5-10 min. Repeat → 15 min and stop until tomorrow.
Night/fatigue/alcohol? → Only "Sprint" 25 + 5 or transfer.
Domain/network doubt? → Close. Without logins and payments.
8) Stop rules card (copy to screen)
"Recoup" → time out 24 hours.
Any violation of max bet/bonus rules → end of session.
2 stress markers → pause 5-10 min; repeat → stops until tomorrow.
key> Domain/Network/Certificate Doubt → close the page.
9) Checklists: Before During After
To
- BK, SB (10-20% BK), rate, SL, SW recorded.
- Timer: Sprint 25 + 5 or Standard 45-50 + 10.
- No deadline bonus or rules understood (vager, max bet, games contribution).
- The network is secure; 2FA is on; test conclusion made in advance.
Pro tempore
- Fixed rate, no catch-up.
- Two micro pauses (s) of 5 min/h.
- Any thought of "one-time raise" → an "if" scenario.
- Any security alert/network error → close.
Later
- Log: duration, total +/ −, emotions (1-5), whether SL/SW is reached.
- Profit> SB - partially withdraw (e.g. 50%).
- With two or more triggers - tomorrow only "Sprints" or off-day.
10) Self-monitoring metrics (once a week)
% of sessions where SL/SW is met (target ≥90%).
0 max bet/bonus rule violations.
The average deviation of the rate from the base ≤ ± 5%.
The number of timeouts (if it grows, reduce the stake by 20%).
Emo score ≤ 3/5 on average.
11) Red Event Recovery Plan (3 days)
Day 1: full stop, sleep/water/walk, change password, check active sessions, enable "output lock."
Day 2: only "Sprint" (25 + 5) on low/medium-vol, the rate − 20% of the base; no bonuses.
Day 3: weekly review, fixing lessons; with repeated triggers - a time-out of 72 hours and a rate cut of another 20%.
12) Frequent questions (short)
"Can I have one spin for last?" -No, it isn't. This is a dogon trigger.
"If there is a series of successes?" - Record the result: SW → exit and break.
"Do breaks ruin luck?" - They spoil impulses, not luck. This is the goal.
Triggers are not prohibitions, but a contract with oneself. You notice a signal → act according to a ready-made scenario, without disputes and "once you can." Your bundle: three alarm levels, rules card, 15-minute protocol and timeouts 24-72 hours. With them, the game remains manageable. And always: only free money and compliance with the rules of your jurisdiction.
